"Art is one of the many hobbies I enjoy and it all started out at Village Center for the Arts. Village Center for the Arts in New Milford is the reason I love art today. It is only ten minutes away from my house, so it is fast and easy to get there... I'm also friends with the owners, Sharon and Jayson. They're both very nice and outgoing people. Sharon is about my height and has blackish-brown hair. Jayson is very tall and has long hair past his shoulders. He almost always wears hiking boots and a tan colored hat like a cowboy would wear. When I'm in Village Center for the Arts, I can almost feel the creativity in the air. In VCA you can hear pencils drawing, paint brushes swooshing in the water cups, pottery wheels spinning, and a lot more sounds. I remember one day I went in to paint a dog shaped piece out of pottery. I was in Village Center for the Arts for about three hours painting the dog, trying to get the colors perfect so it would look like my dog, Oliver. The browns, whites, and blacks of his hair took the longest amount of time on his body. I enjoyed myself so much, like I do every time I'm in VCA.
