The Village Center for the Arts is a wonderful place
Full of imagination and happiness
And full of children of all ages
And the person that makes it so wonderful
Well, her name is Sharon
Sharon is the funniest ever, and she is so fun
She makes the place sparkle with joy
She loves the VCA more that than anybody else
The VCA is like her second home (smiley face)
They hold the best activities
From Mom & Ne Diva Night
To Chocolate-Making and Tween/Teen Night
They hold Birthday parties too!
Once you go to the VCA once
You want to keep going and never stop
Located right in the center of town
At 12 Main Street or, just go to the green
And look for a big sign that says, "Village Center for the Arts"
And like all her flyers say..............
It is where, "Cats are Blue"

An Original Poem by
Lauren Jelenffy, Age 13, (now Age16) 2006
St. Joseph School in Brookfield, (now in Brookfield H.S.):
At VCA you have a blast,
Yes, at VCA, don't you wish it could last.
You can paint ceramics & build with clay...
and other cool things here at VCA.
Oh how I wish I could spend my entire day,
creating art at VCA!
| My son Connor always comes back from the VCA with a smile on his face. Everytime he goes there he learns something new, and never passes up a chance to go there when we visit Connecticut. Rob R, Hudson, MA
